Erin of Fever Dream Florals holding a bouquet of garden roses, ranunculus and delphinium

Hi, I’m Erin. I design flowers for weddings and events as Fever Dream Florals in Vancouver, BC.

My pricing lived in three spreadsheets, a Canva folder and my head. Every quote meant counting stems again and checking the latest wholesale prices, and I didn’t really know my margin until the event was over.

So I built the tool I wanted: count a recipe once, and know my margin before the client ever sees a number. I order from a wholesaler and from local farms, so ordering across suppliers and checking their invoices had to be part of it from the start.

Every new account gets a free 20-minute intro call with me to get your prices and first recipes set up. If something is confusing or missing, tell me. That’s how the planner gets better.

How the beta is going.

October 2026

The planner is in beta. What’s new this month:

  • Square invoices: a deposit now and the balance before the event, from your own Square account.
  • Wholesale orders built from your quotes, split by supplier.
  • Client proposal links. Clients pick add-ons, and you approve them before they change the quote.
  • Supplier invoices read and checked against your order, with short stems and price changes flagged.
  • Import a supplier’s price list from a spreadsheet or PDF, and open proposals in Canva.
  • Price-first quoting: set one budget for the event, then fit your recipes under it.
